1. The user may use the image and text material of Solar Fabrik GmbH in marketing and/or advertising measures as part of its brokerage activities for Solar Fabrik GmbH on its own website, for social media purposes and for print media. This right is exclusive and non-transferable.
2. The user agrees to use the image and text material in compliance with the following points:
   1. In order not to impair the radiance of the logo, a logo protection space around the logo shall be observed.
   2. Enlargements of the logo are always proportional.
   3. The logo should always be used as a whole and never distorted, rotated, mirrored or supplemented by other elements.
   4. The notes and guidelines listed in the brand book are additionally observed and complied with.
   The image and text material may not be passed on to third parties for unauthorized use.
3. In the event of changes to the image and text material, Solar Fabrik GmbH will make the corresponding data available on this platform. The user undertakes to check for new material on an ongoing basis and to update the material in their publications accordingly upon receipt of relevant information.
4. Violation of the user's obligations under this agreement will result in immediate termination of this agreement.
5. The user agreement is concluded for an indefinite period and can be terminated by either party at any time without notice. If the agreement on the mediation activity with the Solar Fabrik GmbH is terminated, this agreement ends at the same time, without the need for a separate termination. Upon termination of this agreement, the user shall not continue to use the logo and images provided to him and shall immediately destroy the corresponding templates.
6. The user agrees that we inform him on topics related to the Solar Fabrik by e-mail.

Different arrangements from these terms and conditions require prior written agreement.
